Shahenaz Jivani, PMHNP-BC and AGPNP-BC & Dr. Japhet Gaztambide, supervising psychiatrist
Shahenaz Jivani is an autonomous nurse practitioner who has over 15 years of experience caring for patients from eight years old and up in both inpatient and outpatient care. She is dual board certified as AGPNP-BC and PMHNP-BC. Throughout her career she has been dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.
In addition to providing psychiatric care for patients eight years old and older, she also specializes in weight loss treatment through nutrition guidance and medication.
